Calm itchy and irritated skin quickly, from the inside out. This natural remedy, ideally used with the Itch Calm Cream, is perfect for adults and children and provides soothing relief. Attacking the itch from both the inside and the outside means you gain long term relief for skin issues such as psoriasis, allergies, dermatitis and thrush. For short-term visitors like bee stings, insect bites and chicken pox, both the Itch Calm Cream and Oral Liquid can offer relief pronto!

Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale planta tota): A powerful liver and kidney tonic as well as a diuretic (increases flow of urine) to cleanse the body of wastes. Detoxification promotes a clean and healthy body which is reflected in clear skin.

Heartsease (Viola tricolor herba): For centuries this herb has been used to soothe and treat skin conditions. It has anti-inflammatory, wound healing and blood cleansing actions, improves metabolism and promotes the excretion of waste and irritants via the kidneys. These actions reduce toxic load as any build-up is excreted via the skin.

Herb Robert (Geranium robertianum herba): A clinically proven herb to treat eczema, hives, chicken pox and ulcers due to its astringent and anti-inflammatory properties by tightening, protecting and cleansing the skin.

Nettle (Urtica dioica herba): Contains anti-allergic properties and skin healing nutrients. It also stimulates the cleansing function of the kidneys and promotes secretion in the glands of the stomach, liver, pancreas and gall bladder. Well-functioning digestive system and kidneys are a prerequisite for healthy skin.

St. Mary’s Thistle (Silybum marianum semen): With allergies and eczema, St Mary’s Thistle is used to promote liver function, digestion and the detoxification of detrimental pollutants and inflammatory by-products which can aggravate these conditions. Contains free-radical scavenging antioxidants.
Hypoallergenic. Also contains vegetable glycerine, ethanol, peppermint, fennel and ginger.

Shake well before use.
First Aid Dose: 1 tablespoon (10ml), 3-4 times daily
Daily skin maintenance: 1 teaspoon (5ml), 1-3 times daily
Preventative Dose: 1 teaspoon (5ml), 1-3 times daily
Children 2-6 years: 1/4 the recommended adult dose | 6-12 years: 1/2 the recommended adult dose
For best results continue the therapeutic dose for 3 weeks and use in conjunction with topical application of the Itch Calm Cream.

Suitable for adults, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and children. If symptoms persist, see your health professional.
An initial aggravation of symptoms may occur which indicates inner cleansing. Lower dosage if reaction is severe and discontinue use if irritation continues.
