PMT Ease Herbal Mix contains a highly effective natural formula that strengthens and improves female reproductive systems. It offers remarkable results in rebalancing hormonal equilibrium, regulating out-of-kilter, painful or irregular periods and easing endometriosis symptoms.

Calendula (Calendula officinalis flos): Calendula has an affinity with the female reproductive system, helping to regulate menstruation and relieve menstrual cramps and pain. It helps reduce excessive bleeding and enhance lymphatic clearance, reducing uterine and breast congestion.
Chaste Tree berries (Vitex agnus castus fructus): Stimulate and balance the function of the pituitary gland, which plays a crucial role in regulating vital body functions. Their progesterone-like action makes them an ideal remedy for PMT and a range of menstrual and gynecological problems relating to hormone imbalance.
Cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum cortex): Stimulates circulation, bringing valuable nutrients to the womb area. The tannins found in Cinnamon have an astringent action and help to stem bleeding in heavy periods.

Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis herba): Helps to regulate periods and relaxes spasms that cause period pain. Used traditionally to help alleviate irritability and depression associated with PMT as well as reduce fluid retention.
Yarrow (Achillea millefolium flos): Yarrow contains sterols, which have a hormone-like action to regulate the menstrual cycle. It reduces heavy periods and uterine congestion as well as supporting the healthy functioning of the uterus.

Shake contents before opening.
Use 1 teaspoon (1g) per cup (150ml) and infuse with boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Do not microwave.
Therapeutic Dose: 3 cups daily, for a minimum of 8-12 weeks. Once cycle is satisfactory reduce to maintenance dose.
Maintenance Dose: 1 cup daily in the second half of the cycle
Filled by weight and contents may settle after filling. 30g = 30 doses.
