"100% organic fresh-plant extracts (30% v/w) of:
Arnica (Arnica montana flos): Most effective first aid herb for impact injuries causing bruising, sprains, swelling, fractures and muscular and joint pain. Arnica is excellent after surgery to relieve trauma, swelling and pain. It stimulates circulation to the injured area and re-absorbs internal bleeding which accelerates healing.
Cayenne (Capsicum annuum fructus): A powerful local circulatory stimulant and pain reliever. It dilates the capillaries to relieve congestion and inflammation in deep tissue. It is useful to clear chilblains. Regular use increases its effectiveness in musculoskeletal pain, spasms, sciatica and nerve inflammation.
Comfrey (Symphytum officinale radix): A well researched herb that promotes the healing of fractured bones, soft tissue injuries, sprains and tendonitis. It stimulates the growth of new tissue. It reduces scarring and helps treat keloid scars.
Rue (Ruta graveolens herba): The best herb for tendon and ligament injuries. It increases surface circulation and reduces bruising.
St John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum herba): For any type of physiological trauma causing nerve pain and inflammation, especially beneficial for injured nerves, sciatica and disc damage. Excellent after surgery to accelerate the healing of cut nerves.
Willow bark (Salix spp. cortex): Used for well over 2,000 years to reduce inflammation and pain in the musculoskeletal system. It is a well-known natural source of the aspirin-like salicin with mild analgesic (pain relieving), anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic properties.
Herb extracts are in a natural aqueous base that is hypo-allergenic, 100% non-steroidal and petrochemical free This cream does not contain any animal derived products, artificial colours or fragrances, detergents, GE-modified plant materials or extracts, mineral oils, parabens, propylene glycol, sulphates or synthetic fillers. Not tested on animals."

Apply sparingly to affected area 2-3 times daily. Do not apply to broken skin. Contains natural Cayenne which is hot.
Strictly external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, nose and sensitive skin. Wash hands thoroughly after application or use gloves for application.
Do not apply before showering or strenuous exercise, as it may be too hot. Do not use under seclusion or a tight bandage.
For best results: use in conjunction with the Tissue & Strain Repair Oral Liquid to additionally support and accelerate healing from within.

Suitable for adults, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Not suitable for children due to the heat from the Cayenne. For external use only. Use as directed. If symptoms persist see your health professional.
