Stress Relief Herbal Mix employs the abilities of St John’s Wort, hand-picked from. This medicinal plant is highly effective in treating depression, stress and other nerve related health issues including sciatica and nerve pain. It also has strong anti-viral properties making it helpful in cases of shingles, herpes and Glandular Fever. St John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum herba): Widely used to protect the nerves from the effects of stress and as a natural anti-depressant. Multiple studies have shown that St John’s Wort is effective in treating mild to moderate depression. Used also for the treatment of other emotional disorders such as anxiety, sleep disorders and menopausal and PMT mood swings. It is clinically used to treat low moods related to Seasonal Affect Disorder (SAD). It is also used to help treat and manage pain for physiological disorders of the spine like neuralgia, sciatica and rheumatism. Due to its antiviral properties, studies have shown beneficial outcomes for the prevention and treatment of viral infections like cold sores, herpes, chicken pox, shingles and glandular fever.

Shake contents before opening.
Use 1 level teaspoon (1g) per cup (150ml) and infuse with boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Do not microwave.
Adult Therapeutic Dose: 3 cups daily for 3-6 months
Adult Maintenance Dose: 1-3 cups daily
