Rest and Relax Herbal Mix relaxes your frazzled nerves and recharges your adrenal glands. These very important glands are considered to be battery packs that energise your body by producing hormones responsible for many bodily functions. The formulation is designed to support your ability to relax, worry less and recharge during the night.

100% Herbal Extract :
Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla flos): An effective, yet gentle sedative for all age groups, including babies. Useful for treating mild anxiety, insomnia and digestive upsets, particularly when they are related to stress and tension.
Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia flos): Acts as a tonic to the nervous system, an effective herb for treating mild anxiety, nervousness as well as symptoms caused by stress such as tension headaches, migraines and insomnia. It has a distinctive tranquilising scent.
Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis herba): Widely used to treat anxiety, restlessness, fatigue and insomnia. Its anti-viral characteristics make it useful in the treatment of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Lemon Balm is approved for nervous sleeping disorders by Commission E of the German Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices.
Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra radix): The most outstanding feature of this herb is its ability to improve resistance to stress which is useful in times of increased physical, mental and emotional stress. It helps to restore adrenal function in adrenal exhaustion.
Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata herba): Relaxing properties help to switch the body into resting mode and reduce tension. Calming properties help promote restful and rejuvenating sleep. Passionflower does not cause drowsiness so the user awakes feeling refreshed. It has no addictive effect so there are no restrictions on long term use.
St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum herba): Renowned for strengthening the nervous system, it is beneficial for sufferers of mild anxiety as it relaxes tension and lifts the mood. It has a stimulating effect which helps raise energy levels and alleviate tiredness and fatigue. St. John’s Wort is clinically proven to be effective in lifting mild to moderate depression.
No gluten, sugar, caffeine, artificial flavours, colours or preservatives. GE free.

Shake contents before opening.
Use 1 level teaspoon (1g) per cup (150ml) and infuse with boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Do not microwave.
Therapeutic Dose: 3 cups daily for 6-12 weeks
Maintenance Dose: 1-3 cups daily
Therapeutic Dose for children: 0-5 months: 5ml, 3 x daily | 6-12 months: 10ml, 3 x daily | 1-4 years: 20-40ml, 3 x daily | 5-10 years: 50-100ml, 3 x daily
Filled by weight and contents may settle after filling. 30g = 30 doses.
