100% Herbal Extract :
Hops (Humulus lupulus strobilus): Hops’ sedative properties are known to successfully promote sleep and calm anxiety. Clinical trials have proven its effectiveness with sleep disturbances, especially when used together with Valerian.
Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis herba): Widely used to treat anxiety and insomnia. It reduces anxiety and stress that can cause sleeping disorders. In one study a Lemon balm/Valerian combination was found to be as effective as the prescription drug Halcion (a Benzodiazepine drug).
Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra radix): The most outstanding feature of this herb is its ability to improve resistance to physical, mental and emotional stress. It contains glycyrrhizin which has a similar structure to the hormones produced by the adrenal glands (including cortisol). Licorice helps to mitigate adrenal exhaustion which can cause insomnia.
Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata herba): It has relaxing and sedating properties that help to induce sleep in acute or chronic insomnia. It is a well-known herb for supporting an overworked nervous system.
Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis radix): Valerian is a well researched plant known for its sedative qualities and its ability to relax the central nervous system. It has been used as a sleeping aid for hundreds of years, especially for those having difficulty falling asleep. It is officially used as an alternative to benzodiazepine drugs. Valerian does not produce any morning hangover effect and is completely non-addictive.
Woodruff (Galium odoratum herba): Has calming and relaxing properties that support sleep. Woodruff is also traditionally used to relieve headaches, nerve pain, heart palpitations and circulatory disorders.
No gluten, sugar, caffeine, artificial flavours, colours or preservatives. GE free.

Shake can before opening. Use 1 level teaspoon (1g) per cup (150ml) and infuse with boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Do not microwave.
Take 30 minutes before bed. Repeat during the night if needed. In persistent sleep disturbances take each night for 3-6 weeks to promote a natural sleep cycle.
Adults: Take 1 cup
Children: 0-12 years 0-6 months: 10ml | 6-12 months: 20-40ml | 1-10 years: 50-100ml
