Shake contents before opening.
Use 1 level teaspoon (1g) per cup (150ml) and infuse with boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Do not microwave.
Adult Therapeutic Dose: 3 cups daily for 3-6 months
Adult Maintenance Dose: 1-3 cups daily
It can be safely taken longer for stress and mood management. As with all mood-modulating medicines, the effects of this herbal tea will build up gradually over a period of approximately 2 weeks. 0-12 years Therapeutic Dose: 0-5 months: 5ml, 3 x daily 6-12 months: 10ml, 3 x daily 1-4 years: 20-40ml, 3 x daily 5-10 years: 50-100ml, 3 x daily Filled by weight. Volume varies between different teas. Contents may settle after filling. 30g = 30 doses.
